Small Group Classes

Our Small Group Classes are 30min long and are on every night of the week and you have 5 different classes to choose from.

In groups of 3-8 people you will receive lots of attention and guidance and will not get lost in the crowd. Our groups are intimate, friendly and challenging and you will still get a good workout. All bodies are welcome!

You can attend these classes on their own or in conjunction with personal training sessions.

Working all aspects of your core muscles including lower back, deep pelvic floor and abdominal muscles.
WEDNESDAY6.30pmBoxingA really fun and challenging class combining boxing drills, as well as come cardio and strengthening movements.
THURSDAY6.30pmCircuit 2.0Put your heart rate into high gear with this challenging circuit style class.
FRIDAY6.00pmFoam Rolling & Trigger PointGreat for people with muscular pain/discomfort like sore back, neck, knees, shoulders as we use foam rollers to self massage.

#strongchicks – a fortnightly hour-long class focussing on lifting techniques and tips. Build your strength and your mental approach. Every fortnight Saturday 10am

Strongchicks July

Adventure – a monthly group class focussed on taking you out of your comfort zone, sometimes in different environments to have heaps of fun and give yourself a challenge too. Every 4 weeks, starting Saturday  12pm.
